Franklin Library Books

The Franklin Library was the publishing division of The
Franklin Mint. The Franklin Library published its first book
in 1973, and closed its doors for good in 2000, after losing
the competitive battle with The Easton Press for the popular
market for finely-bound leather books. Today, the lavishly-
produced leather books issued by the Franklin Library are
highly sought after in the collectibles market.
Please peruse the available titles below. All titles are
decorated Buckram with ribbed leather spines; all edges gilt;
satin ribbon markers; marbled endpapers. Unless otherwise
described, all titles are in VG+ condition or better. All except
two volumes have "The Heirloom Library" bookplate with
subscriber's name.
